Senior Director of Project Management

Beau manages our entire project management staff, both technical project managers and our Hosted Solutions group, ensuring that Lighthouse remains at the forefront of best practices and workflows for eDiscovery. As an attorney with over 12 years of eDiscovery project management experience, Beau has a deep knowledge of all aspects of complex litigation and has been a frequent guest speaker at industry events.

Before joining Lighthouse, Beau was an attorney for K&L Gates. There he managed both large and small project teams, developed project parameters, and analyzed clients methodologies related to records management and eDiscovery. He created and executed discovery response plans covering retention, collection, review and production of electronic data in complex commercial litigation matters and governmental and regulatory investigations.

Selected achievements

  • Managed decade-long litigation hold, collection, review and production process for series of complex consumer class actions cases across dozens of US states, an MDL court and Canada for a fortune 50 company. This set of matter included the successful resolution of a series of state and federal investigations and multiple state and federal court cases, and entailed the production of over 25 million pages from over 1,000 custodians.
  • Directed and coordinated data review and production efforts of projects teams comprised of more than 100 attorneys and technical staff located across seven offices.
  • Developed and implemented training programs for attorneys, paralegals and technical support staff. Trained review attorneys in standard document review operating procedures, matter specific background information, and usage of proprietary software.
  • Established and maintained relationships with third party vendors, outside counsel, corporate counsel and clients regarding records management, eDiscovery, document retention efforts and litigation support services.

Beau was also an electricians mate and Master-at-Arms for the United States Navy, managing the ship’s electrical shop and electricians. Beau graduated with his B.A in Psychology from Auburn University and received his J.D. from the University of Washington.
