Wes is responsible for operational leadership of the company’s production and technology groups. Wes has over 20 years of relevant experience in senior leadership roles. Most recently he was the Chief Operating Officer of Reynolds Poulson Consulting. He helped transform the business into an operationally scalable firm delivering high end executive development services to Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to this, he was the General Manager of a global technology solutions business unit at Microsoft. In this role, he successfully led a customer service organization that included operations, product management and technology. He held a number of other important roles at Microsoft in IT, Finance, Human Resources and Operations.

Wes received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
